The second annual Golf Ball Drop
Be a part of the 2nd Annual Family Promise of the Lower Cape Fear's Pre-New Years Eve Golf Ball Drop (or THE Golf Ball Drop for short!). Presented by Jeff Gordon Chevrolet, this fun virtual event offers you the opportunity to support families in our community experiencing homelessness while having the chance to win great prizes!
Golf Balls are $25 each or $100 for a pink ball. Pink golf balls will double your prize if it is one of the winning balls.
Prizes are:
Closest golf ball closest to the pin: $1,000
2nd golf ball closest to the pin: $500
3rd golf ball closest to the pin: $100
Furthest away from the pin : $20
if your pink ball is closest to the pin: double your prize!

How does it work?
This is a virtual event. Individuals will purchase their golf balls and each one of those purchased golf balls will be numbered. A drone will launch from a golf course with a basket of the numbered golf balls and drop them at a hole. If your golf ball is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or furthest from the pin you will win a cash prize! Winners will be announced on Wednesday, December 27th during the video premiere on our social media channels.
