Habitat For Humanity

Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit housing ministry that offers affordable homeownership opportunities to families of low to moderate income.

Catholic Charities provides services and food pantries for the community and helps support vulnerable populations and families in the Cape Fear Area.

Diaper Bank of North Carolina- Lower Cape Fear

The Diaper Bank of North Carolina works with families living in poverty to ensure that they have an adequate supply of diapers and other personal hygiene  products.

The disAbility Resource Center works to empower individuals living with disabilities and help them develop and maintain independence.

The Domestic Violence Shelter offers emergency and support services for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence.

Good Shepherd Center provides shelter opportunities for the chronically homeless and helps meet their basic needs while working towards the goal of retaining secure housing.

Located in Brunswick County, Hope Harbor Home works with victims of domestic  and sexual violence and provides them with resources and support, as well as education to help break the cycle of abuse.

Operation Pretty Things

Operation Pretty Things works together with domestic violence shelters to provide resources and services to help and support victims of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and sexual abuse.

QENO (Quality Enhancement for Nonprofit Organizations) is a partner of UNCW and works to strengthen and develop non-profits in southeastern North Carolina.

SOAR 

SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) works with adults and children who are either at risk of becoming or are homeless and suffering from a mental illness, impairment, or substance use disorder and aims to increase disability programs and aid.
